Nausea and what helped?

I'm 6 weeks and have been having really bad nausea the past week......anyone else in the same situation and what had helped??

The only thing that helped me was getting to 16 weeks pregnant. 😅😅 And the over the counter sleep aid called Unisom that’s suggested by OBs/midwives everywhere. I refused to take it until I was about 12 weeks along and then I gave in and completely regret not taking it sooner. 
None of the other things helped me. Ginger, hard candies, sea bands, peppermint tea all failed to help at all. 
Make sure you eat every 3 hours. Get protein in the morning (protein shakes and oatmeal help a lot). Toast is great for when you need food but can’t stand the thought of it. Keep hydrated with at LEAST 90 oz of water a day.

If you’re not actually vomiting just eat whatever you can stand. Sucking on hard candies like mints or jolly ranchers helped me.
