Any suggestions?!?

Sooo, around this time each year I go camping with Boy Scout and we go snowboarding. But I was supposed to get my period today, and I didn’t. The only thing is I am going snowboarding tomorrow. I really don’t want to get my period while I am snowboarding. I don’t know what to do. Any suggestions on how to stop a period from coming? HELP!!!!

I’m sorry hun but you can’t stop your period from coming. All you can do is hope it does not but if it does prepare yourself. Bring all the needed supplies and don’t be afraid to embrace it or yourself. Make sure you show your body extra love no matter what happens. Periods is a good way to know that your body is doing decent in health (remember that). Don’t let your period stop you from living! No matter what promise yourself you are going to snowboard and have the best time of your life blood or not.
