My 3 month old twins are getting worse and worse with their sleep, they are becoming more restless and won’t stay asleep for more than a half an hour without waking up fussy. The only way I can get them to sleep for about 2 hours straight is if they sleep on my chest. I’ve tried to let them cry it out but they just cry louder & louder to the point they’re gasping for air. I’ve tried swaddling, their swings, their rock n plays (all that when I’m awake no worries) they’re not hungry, their diapers are dry. I’m at such a loss right now and I’m starting back to work soon 😓 any advice??
