My sister and I got into an argument. She is 22. I am 20. My husband and I are currently help talking care of my grandma and 15 year old brother. We do the best we can, but my husband is disabled, so he barely makes anything, and I make a little over minimum wage while I'm in college. My sister is constantly asking me, our grandma, and our mom (who is also disabled) for money when my sister and her boyfriend makes twice as much as my grandma, me, my husband, and brother combined. My mom and I have learned to say no to her because I found out the money she claims she needs from us is for her to get her nails done, alcohol, and vacations. Our grandma is a bit of a push over, so she continually gives my sister money even though she doesn't make much. My sister always promises to pay our grandma back, and she never does. I confronted her and told her she needs to stop using her family and help us out once in awhile or at least act like she cares about us. She's the type of person to call you when she needs money but won't talk to you or offer any help unless she needs something. Somehow during the fight she brought up that I never want to hang out with her friends and how I never try to have a relationship with her. First off, she always changes our plans on me. One time she invited me to a sleepover with her friends on a Saturday. I told her I would go. Two days later, I find out they moved the sleep over to the day after I told her I would go, and it already past. My sister didn't notify me about the change in plans. She asked for me to go with her to get her nails done on Tuesday. I said okay. I find out she ended up doing it yesterday and didn't bother telling me. These are some examples of how she changes plans on me. She also makes fun of my weight, looks, and constantly tries to bring me down. She acts so hurt that we don't spend time together like it's my fault, but would you want to hang out with someone like this?
