Never been touched

Has anyone experienced having a miscarriage and the Dr. never touching them after the initial ultra sound. I started miscarrying Jan 10th and since then no test or labs have been offered or ran. I feel really bad about all of this first child /loss. Passed naturally at 6weeks 2days. Went to my follow up this week and was given a pregnancy test ( negative) was told to come back whenever I start trying and “think I’m pregnant “ and they’ll run test then ???🤦🏾‍♀️😢
