Skip periods no period l1 day bleeding

Okay so lately after havin my 7 month my bf n I been fighting n all and my depression got worst well I took a preg year last month came back neg then this month I had slight bleeding like a day normally even wit all the bs my periods are regular 5 to 7 days but this year n December it jus been out of control n not comin like it’s suppose too has anyone period did that and not b pregnant n me n him don’t use condoms. I really don’t wanna do bc to regulate because I’m forget often wit pills n did the arm one but got sick a lot idk im jus confused but I do go to doctor end of march
