Pain not sure what wrong

So everything I eat for the past two days I get really bad cramps and dihareea. I have hemoroids now as well. My period is 50 days late negative pregabacy tests (this only happens when in pregnant) today was my 4th week where I take out my Nuvaring not sure if that has anything to do with it. But not really sure what to do
