am i pregnant

i had sex a week ago and my period isn’t for another 9 days. i finished ovulating about 2/3 days ago and i’m experiencing a mild cramp on my lower left side. i’ve heard that sex changes your period cycle and lately mine has been coming in early. what does this cramp mean? i read about it and it says that it’s called “Mittelschmerz phenomenon” (which is an uncomfortable stage after your ovulation and before your period where you get cramps on your left lower side). am i pregnant? or is this just my period coming?
