What was your method of insemination (with your partner or alone) and what did you find that worked the best for you?

IUI unmedicated with sperm from cryobank. First insemination next month🤞🏼👶🏻

At home insemination with donor sperm

How do you guys do the insemination? What do you use?

Answer

IUI with donor sperm. I used medication to have a better chance. Donor sperm had 3 million sperm (anything above 1 million is good) and 85.6% motility (anything above 75% is good)

6 rounds unmedicated at home ICI without success then IUI- medicated, at drs office with frozen sperm.
