Yeast infection?

I’m unable to make it to my dr apt this morning due to snowy and icy roads, but have symptoms of a yeast infection. TMI but it’s super itchy and uncomfortable and there’s a burning sensation. I also have these little bumps everywhere and a thick white discharge. Should I just take the otc medicine or do you think it could be something else?

Monistat 7 day is what they recommend during pregnancy. I’ve used it at my midwifes recommendation

Take a bath with 1/2 a cup of vinegar. Make sure you lie in there for 30 mins. This is a natural way to regulate the ph of your vagina and keep yeast infections at bay.
