Just bragging

Just wanted to brag on my husband. My grandpa passed away this week. He'd been on hospice for several weeks and I've been traveling a lot back and forth to be with him and the family. They're in a different state. Being 16 weeks pregnant and having extreme morning sickness had made it so much harder I came home yesterday to try taking care of things here, actually feed my husband some good meals and pack something appropriate for the funeral this weekend.

When I came home my husband had washed all of the laundry (every single bit of it, he hasn't washed laundry since we got married so this was a big deal.) He cooked super. And after I started throwing everything up after supper (lovely, right) he cleaned the entire kitchen and ran the dishwasher (he just learned this past week how the dishwasher worked 😂). He's going out of his way to be there for me and just hold me when I need it right now. This is an emotional time especially being 16 weeks pregnant and sick always, and I couldn't do it without him.

I feel so blessed.
