Bumpy road travel for 7hrs in 4weeks 5 days

We went to a vacation in Alaska, there was moderate bumpy road, and we traveled in bus, we did not know that the road will be bumpy, our bad, and once you start the tour you cannot come back until completing the tour, next day had a little more cramp, which was almost gone since few days, in 1st 4 weeks I had cramps, then cramps are gone, but again came back. Very worried, please give inputs ladies. Ultra sound on sept 23, cannot wait so long, please help!!
