Need to start loosing some weight
I have NEVER been encouraged/motivated to loose my “baby weight”. My son is now 2.5 years old. And would like to start before we plan to get pregnant again, maybe that way it’ll help me be more motivated once I do give birth to that baby? 🤷🏼♀️ but also to keep me motivated that I wish I had with my son now! Lon story short, I’m lazy as hell and I don’t want to keep being like this. I want to be active for his sake and my health. I already deal with health concerns that can affect my weight, if I don’t take the medications.
So, what is your go to abs and thighs workout for at home no gym (can’t afford that!) and any other workout to help tone.
What advice would you give to keep motivated?
