Early period?!

So my husband and I’ve been trying for a year with no success. My periods are regular. 30 days. I always ovulate between cd 16-18 confirmed with opks. This month we decided not to try and give it a rest before going to the doctor next month to see what could be wrong.

Being really busy with work and having different schedules this month there wasn’t really time for sex, in fact we only did it once 4 days before my supposed ovulation. I actually don’t really know when I ovulated because I haven’t taken any opks or haven’t taken bbt.

Today I’m cd 26 and went to work, I was late so I had to run pretty fast (I’m not a runner at all lol)a couple of blocks. When I got to work I felt wet so I went to the bathroom and there was blood. It was kind of a lot and bright red. But I didn’t know I was bleeding because I didn’t have any cramps.I have pretty bad cramps and I’m usually in bed with nausea and pain the first day.

I put a pad on and now it’s pinkish and super light. I do have a little cramps, nothing major though and they are kinda lower than regular period. What could it be?
