I fell out of a car and hit my stomach?

I was getting out of my car and fell hitting my stomach on the car (I’m 33 weeks pregnant) It wasn’t hard Or anything and didn’t feel any pain and my son gave me a strong kick to let me know he’s ok, but now I’m feeling a cramping feeling throughout my abdomen, does this sound concerning or no?

Call dr their biggest worry is your placenta detaching. They usually monitor you for a few hrs and stuff to make sure.

I’ve fallen twice since 30 weeks and the second time the doctor told me even though I didn’t fall hard or on my stomach they still want to know. So I would just call them to let them know and see what they say.
