Solaray Fertility Blend

Okay so I saw nothing but good reviews and bought them.  Started taking them today and I'm "fertile". It's says not to take for more than seven consecutive days but what does that really mean? Do you take them 7 days every month? Or can you take them more? What about men as well it says it's for both men and women should he do the same ? Please someone help me I'm probably over thinking it but don't want to mess TTC up either ... HELP!!
