How long should I wait to eat after being sick? I don’t want to go to bed to then wake up cause am hungry 😪

I try to eat as soon as possible. I usually throw up cause I waited to long to eat.

Eat as soon as you feel ready. There is no magic waiting period. If you feel good to eat after 10 minutes, go for it! If you need a few hours for ypur stomach to settle, take your time.
