I’ve been really crampy for the last 2 days. It doesn’t hurt quite like period cramps but these are definitely cramps. I’m in my TWW and AF is due in about 2-5 days (my cycle varies a bit).

I don’t remember ever cramping much before AF, but then again I didn’t seem to notice any of my PMS symptoms until I started TTC 😂

Wondering if I’m just symptom spotting or if this is a good sign! Is this type of cramping just a common PMS symptom, or is this usually more indicative of pregnancy?

Last thing - usually I know AF is coming THE DAY OF because of all the cramping I feel. I don’t think I usually cramp a whole 4-7 days before it 🤷🏼‍♀️
