Labor approaching?

FTM. 39+3 weeks today. Yesterday, I went to the doctor and he said I was 1/2cm dilated but completed a sweep. He said he could feel babes head. I just had sex with my husband, and as I was cleaning myself tons of mucus came out and it was all bloody. Labor approaching?

I was 1cm dilated and they said they couldn’t get in enough to do a sweep. Labour still not happening three days later

All three of my kids I had the bloody show / mucus plug loss the day I went into labor.

I read online that if it’s your bloody show labor could be approaching within 1-2 days, or even sooner. I had a sweep at 1 cm on Monday and started losing my plug last night, but no blood. Good luck!
