After 12 years together (8 steady and 4 off and on) he still comes back. We both have children with other people. Neither of us are married and twice now I have moved to get away from him and he has moved 3 & 5 blocks from me each time. Last night he showed up at my house. Sat in a lawnchair in my back yard and text my phone over 100 times. He was probably out there for 3-4 hours. A few months ago I would have opened the door, let him in, had sex and then deep passionate pillow talk before sending him out the door. This time, however I refused to and he went from telling me how much he missed me to calling nasty names like "Thot" "cunt" and even told me to put a gun in my mouth and pull the trigger. So I guess what I'm wondering is what you all think is his real issue with me? Am I wrong for not giving in or is his anger a sign of that saying "there's a thin line between love and hate"? Does he still love me or is it just a habit/comfort issue with him?
