Weight Loss💥
So my whole teenage life, I’ve been off and on with wanting to lose weight. I’ve tried at least 4 times, but I never followed through. Finally, my whole Family and I decided to change our diet to a low-carb diet. The first weeks were hard, but 6 weeks later I’m not complaining! I’ve tried so many new recipes. My energy and motivation has gone up! Overall I just feel more like myself😊! I’m no where near done, but almost 15lbs in 1 month is a good start! Ya’ll have motivated me, so I hope I can motivate you loves!🤩💋
