When my little one was born all of her naps were 2+hrs but for the past two weeks most of her naps are 30 minutes. She is 12 weeks now and these little cat naps show no sign of stopping. It doesn't seem to matter how or where she sleeps. Most naps are in a dark room with sound machine and swaddle which is SO much work for a measly 30 minute nap!!! Her best naps are in my arms of course but even those are 35min-1hr max. Honestly I'm a little worn out over here! It's really taking a toll on me because it seems like I NEVER have any time for myself. Can anyone relate? Or magically solve my nap issue over the internet?! 😂
