Possible PG After Loss

First picture in pink is what shows a +pg test, purple test is for Ov (which I've never tried before). Though, I have lost a baby as of 1/31/19, wouldn't it even be too early to have another + test? How can I also be ovulating? Anyone have answers? I'm not even due for a period yet.

I took 2nd test with the same result. (Yellowish from AZO meds)

Then, the next morning I tested again and it looks darker but I'm not sure I wanna get a blood test done.

Let me know what you ladies think...
