Pain?

I’m 40 weeks and 5 days. I noticed just now when I went pee I had a lot of vaginal pains/pressure, at one point the pressure was so much it felt almost like the baby was just gonna fall out. I’ve been having pains and a lot of movement in my very low vagina and bum for the past hour. Sign of anything or just normal?
