Lifestyle change, eating healthy and exercising still need advice
I recently (4 almost 5 months ago) had my 5th baby 👶 and We’re finally done growing our family. So I decided it was high time I get back to my “normal” weight. I haven’t been the same since my 4th child 4 1/2 years ago. I’m usually 125-135 (still overweight for my height 🙄😒🤷♀️) but since my 4 th I’ve been over 150 and with my last I’ve gotten to 192. Once I had her I went to 175/178 and started this journey October 21st. Since then I’ve lost 20 lbs by eating right and going to the gym 3x a week ❤️ but here’s my issue 😒😒😒 I feel like my weight was only from my boobs 🙄 and a bit from my thighs. I really want to see more come off from the middle, I mean I actually still look 4-5 months pregnant when I don’t suck it in. Any suggestions? I walk 3 miles at least and (I’m working my way up to more) and I strength train however much I can when I go to the gym. Shouldn’t I be seeing better and faster results ? I don’t cheat on my eating at all! No fast food, no processed food, no sugar, no pop 🙄 I intermittent fast 16/8! What else can I possibly do? I see so many other ladies going hard like me with hella better results! Believe me I’m super excited to have lost my 20 lbs so far and I’m not giving up but dang man.
