I can’t tell if it’s a cold sore or pimple . Only people who get coldsore in our family is my husband mom and sister but they don’t kiss her on the lips . Only on the cheek and they say they don’t have an outbreak . Her skin has been broken out with different pimples all over so i don’t know if it’s that or if it’s from a scratch ( she had scratched herself near there earlier this week . It’s right below her lip so my husband said usually they’re on your lip
