Miscarriage?

Here is the scope. I’m 5 weeks pregnant.  Sex was a little rough today. Now I’m bleeding and have the worst cramps but no clots yet. Is this the start of a miscarriage?

If its bright red call your doctor. Sex can irritate the cervix and cause bleeding especially in the first trimester but red blood is always good to get the checked out

Is the bleeding bright red? I would call your doctor and ask. Cramping and some spotting can be normal.
