If you’ve never had a child, consider skyla/kyleena I think they are... they are smaller versions and can be more comfortable for women who have never had a baby. My mirena caused me so much pain because it was just too big the second my doctor pulled it out all my cramping and pain went away. Definitely look into that if you are considering the iud.

Mirena is a good option if you.also have terribly heavy flow periods. I havent had kids and I still got it. Kyleena is the same hormone but smaller dose and you're more likely to still have a period and an irregular one at that so keep that in mind. A lot of women complain about still getting periods.
