Morning sickness in middle of night?

I’m not sure if it was my dinner. But I’m laying here wide awake and nauseous and stomach hurts. Not cramping. But stomach ache. Anyone had something similar?

Yeah it would happen to me when I would get hungry. Try eating another snack before bed. Protein or high fiber. I have a bunch of drinkable yogurts that have more protein and fiber one snacks and just eat it before I go to bed and it has helped a lot

Yea it happened to be often between weeks 6-8. I would drink a cup of almond milk and then I could sleep again

Yep! I have to wake up halfway through the night to eat something or else I feel gross and nauseous until I get up and eat breakfast in the morning
