About a two weeks ago, I found a few small red bumps around my underwear line near my private area. I didn’t think much of it until a few days later I found the same bumps on my butt (only like 3 bumps).

I looked online and it said it could razor bumps, from wearing tight underwear or dirty underwear. I was confused because I don’t shave my butt, I’ve been wearing the same kind of underwear for months, & I change my underwear every other day. So I decided to not shave less often (once a week), wear my loose fitting underwear, & change my underwear everyday.

A week went by and I realized that I got more bumps. Now they don’t itch, they don’t hurt, and they only appear around my private area or above it, but not in it. Also, the 3 bumps on my butt (near my crack) got smaller but are still there. I’ve had the same partner for over 5 years and he’s clean. So idk what this is.

I’ve been struggling with depression for a few months now and this past month has been really tough for me so idk if it’s my anxiety or stress causing this or if there’s a medical reason behind it. And I started taking the combination birth control 3 weeks ago so idk if that can cause this. I just want to know if any of you have ever experienced anything similar to this?
