Am I being paranoid and crazy?

So my boyfriend has a friend on Facebook who posts photos like this, and I’m not really happy about it... but would it be really  crazy and paranoid of me to say or do something about it?

As long as he isn't being tagged, commenting, or liking I would leave it alone. My husband had a friend that would tag him in stupid inappropriate stuff and I messaged him and told told him to please stop because it was disrespectful towards me for him to keep tagging my husband in that kind of stuff and he apologized and stopped doing it.

My husband has hundreds of friends on Facebook, most of whom I’ve never met and don’t know. They’re people he went to college with, people he worked with, probably girls he was seeing before he met me. If I was to go through every single friend he has and analyse them I’d probably come out with a ton of jealousy and low self esteem because let’s face it, I won’t be the prettiest girl he’s ever met. But who has the time?
If he’s not speaking to this girl, why is there a problem?
