So I’ve been very careful throughout this pregnancy and haven’t taken any medication unless prescribed by my doctor, been very careful with food, etc. but Ive been battling a MISERABLE cold and tried and tried using Tylenol cold, Sudafed, Vice vapor rub, which my doctor said were all fine. However I woke up from the WORST congestion and couldn’t take it any more and just pumped one spray of the “NeilMed SinuFrin” nose spray. Immediately cleared up my congestion and I can finally breathe but am worried now since everywhere online says not to use nose spray 😥 I’m 27+3weeks
