how to feel better after overdoing it?
So yesterday was moving day and I had just turned 35 weeks. My husband was at work so I planned to do all of the small stuff like clean the new place and move the lighter things and put them into cabinets, that sort of thing. When he got off from work, him and his friends were going to help move the heavy stuff any furniture.
Well, I did A LOT yesterday. It was pretty hard in the moment obviously, but how I felt yesterday is nothing compared to this morning. At night, I couldnt get up to pee, I just layed there and cried :( This morning my body hurts SO bad. my husband had to help me get put of bed and ran me a bath. I can hardly stand, my legs, feet, back and hips hurt SO bad :( What should I do to help feel better? tmi but it even hurts to poop :( Currently I'm in the bath and I plan to go back to sleep after this. I still need to do a few small things today like go grocery shopping and buy a couple things for the new place at target. Should I take some tylenol before I go or should I just waddle about? help me 😭😭 I didnt even lift anything heavy yesterday either, we stayed in the same apartment complex too so I just moved one building over, from a 3 story townhouse to a 1 story flat apartment. It must have been all those trips up and down the stairs and bending over:(
