Issues with mother over baby?

My son is 1 month old and since he's been born my family have been there every other day.

Now my mum is not used to having support from any other relatives. When she was raising me, she was extremely isolated due to losing her parents after the birth and her family living abroad.

However, now that I've had my son she keeps getting anxious about his wellbeing. Constantly telling me to take him to the doctors if he's crying (He's going through a growth spurt atm), telling me that maybe my breast milk isn't good enough and I should put him on formula (He's gaining plenty of weight) because he's crying etc. Yet he's a very happy baby most of the time. Even the doctors comment how happy he is. It's leading me to feel frustrated and annoyed with her. I know she's coming from a good place but I don't know how to handle her being so anxious. I've tried putting my foot down and saying I'm his mother and she turns round and says things like I'm his grandmother, or I have raised children before when I tell her I want things done a specific way.

Now she doesn't want my husband's mother looking after our son at all. She's getting jealous if they see him and she's not present. Despite her seeing him every other day.

I'm at my wits end and I'm not sure how to handle this. My dad isn't the same and is really laid back, but she's criticising the way he does things too. Any advice would be great.
