Have I lost any weight has i have been told i have
The top photo is one I took ages ago and the bottom one is my stomach now
Hey so a while ago both my grandmother and mother have said I have lost weight. The only problem is I can not tell if I have or not. Plus I have no idea on where my waist is as I have got a muffin top (love handles). Also, I am a newbie vegan ( will be a month on the 1st of March since I have turned vegan). I also have been starting to use the gym as well
