Is this herpes?

In the corner of my lip if gotten a bump and I don’t know if it’s like weird acne or herpes. I’ve only ever kissed one boy and he’s been tested because I made him do it before we did anything. He’s had a lot of partners in the past and I know they don’t test for oral herpes ((right??)) so I want to have some sort of idea before I go to the doctor. Please help

It’s hard to tell because the photo is a little blurry but it looks more like acne spot than herpes.

I’ve had many bumps like that around my mouth area and mine were from acne... wait it out and do some hacks to see if it will get smaller. If it doesn’t there’s no harm going to a doctor

No they can’t test you for herpes unless there is an actual sore to swab. So if someone says they were tested at like the local clinic.. herpes isn’t included. I think this is just weird acne.

I know a few people with herpes. They all said that prior to a bump even forming, the area is super itchy. Then the bump develops. Grows, cracks, bursts, and then starts to heal.

Is this herpes?
