I started using tampons like 4-5 months ago and for the past 3 months my cycle has been all over the place. My cycle was regular for YEARS before this but I was only using pads. I figured I’m a big girl now and I can use both tampons and pads because...my body.

But now my period comes later and later each month and I’ve start spotting when my period would usually come which never used to happen before.

I don’t know if I should be concerned but I kind of am. Has anyone else had any issues?
