2nd Ectopic?

I had an Etopic 18 months ago resulting in right tube removal. I got a BFP last Monday but started bleeding 2 days ago at 5 weeks 5 days. EPU took my bloods and my HCG was 603. Nothing visable in my womb except thickened lining, suspected miscarriage. Today (48hrs later) it's at 958, does this mean ectopic? Progestrogen is 17.5? Not sure what this all means.

Unfortunately I think it might be :( with my ectopic, the doc was quick to say miscarriage because nothing was in the uterus. I pushed for an official US (that looked at my tubes as well) and that’s how they found the ectopic. If you didn’t already, I’d push for another US to make sure there’s nothing in the tubes

Looking like a miscarriage now as my levels have dropped down to 532, having a further test on Tuesday.

I just went through this. All they could see was thickening of the uterus but it showed my hcg levels still rising. Went in later for severe stomach pain and pressure and was rushed to surgery. I was too late to get the shot since my tube had started to rupture and I was bleeding internally. If I would have waited any longer my docs said I could have died in my sleep. If you are feeling any type of unfamiliar or sever pain, please do not wait to get seen.

I am going through similar at the moment. Sounds like it could be another ectopic (it’s horrible to even think that way) but when I went to epu the scan didn’t show anything in my uterus but my hcg was rising properly every 48 hours. In the end I ended up in A&E with the most horrendous rectal pain, they did another scan (this was a week later) and they saw the ectopic in my left tube. I was given two lots of Methotrexate so managed to avoid surgery but now I’m 5 weeks pregnant and experiencing rectal pain once again 😞 I’ve got a scan booked for next thurs so the wait is going to be unbearable but I think I already know the outcome. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that it isn’t an ectopic, which sounds weird as I don’t mean that I hope it’s a miscarriage, I’ve been through 2 of them too and they are so devastating. What I mean is, an ectopic is so invasive with the medication & the surgery etc. It also crushes your hope for a future pregnancy landing in the right place 💔 Sorry for the essay!
