crunches and abs workout while ttc
I normally foucus on my abs alot when working out I have some leg issuse and cant do a lot of low body so I foucs more of core abs and arm when working out and do more PT strenghten in low body. but now that we and my husband have just start to ttc I become a little nervous to do my normal abs workout does know if this actually has negative affect when trying to conceive
