Miscarriage?

Does this look like a miscarriage? I called and sent a pic to my midwife and she thinks it is but will confirm it on Monday with a blood test. We just had our first appointment yesterday with a blood draw and all that so they are going to look for a change in hcg.

The thing is I am hardly having any cramping and my bleeding has significantly slowed since passing this huge

clot.

Did any of you have a miscarriage without bad cramping or was your cramping delayed? Any insight would be helpful. My husband is out of town for work and won’t be back until tomorrow afternoon so I feel very alone.

UPDATE: went in for a blood test today (2/26) and got results back immediately. Apparently I am STILL PREGNANT!! What the heck?!?!?

I have an ultrasound scheduled for 3/1 so will have to wait until then to figure out what caused the clot and bleeding.

Anyone else bleed heavy and pass a clot and also still end up pregnant?
