Yesterday I posted I felt a gush of blood and then a lot of subsequent bleeding. It was red and I was very upset and scared, and felt certain I was miscarrying.

I went to my doctor this morning, I did not miscarry. But, there are two potential reasons for my insane bleeding. I either have a subchoronic hemorrhage or an ectopic pregnancy. They cant tell yet because it's so early, basically the location in my uterus is worrying, but it's not entirely on the edge. They will have to wait a few days to learn more. I dread the thought of leaving this group and starting all over.

If it is a subchoronic hemorrhage that isnt great, but its something that we can work with. If it is an ectopic pregnancy it can be very dangerous, is not a viable pregnancy and I have to take immediate action.

I am horrible with waiting, and I have to wait for another ultrasound on Tuesday (with more bloodwork on Monday). I am only 5 weeks and two days and very nervous. I also cant tell anyone but my husband (I dont want my work or family or friends knowing when it's all so uncertain)

The waiting game sucks, but there is still a little bit of hope. Anyone else out there experience something similar? Any advice or shared experiences (either with SCH, Etopic pregnancy or this limbo between the two) is greatly appreciated! Also thanks for the advice so far, it has kept me calm and feeling better.
