So, my family keeps asking if I’m having a baby shower. This is my second child. I don’t need much, and I told them that I could use diapers if they want to get me anything, but that I’m ok if they don’t. But, part of me is like why don’t they just throw me one if they keep asking? I guess it’s petty, but they keep acting like I’m in charge of throwing it. I couldn’t have people to my house if I wanted. My kitchen is undergoing a remodel that I’m doubting will be done in the next few weeks, and I’m 34 weeks already, so if I’m going to have a shower it should be soon.

My friend threw my first shower, but is it weird to throw your own? I don’t even think I’d have a shower—more of a sprinkle if I did.!
