Fearing the worst

I had a chemical in December and I’m currently 6w5d and all I can think about is that I’m going to go in for my first US and not hear a heartbeat. I go Monday and I’ll be 7w1d exactly! I know because of my lmp and I tracked ovulation. Has anyone else had these fears and everything turn out ok?
