Baby rash?

Does anyone here know what this rash could be?

Looked kind of like small bug bites but it’s winter and she hasn’t left the hospital yet

Is it all over? Just the legs? Did she have the vitamin k and hep b vaccines?

Hives? They can sometimes look like little bug bites. A nurse in the hospital should be able to identify that though....
