I'm trying to determine if I'm crazy or not 😂 I'm a little over 12w now, and I keep getting flutters or light tapping sensations in the same spot for a few days now. Is it possible that it is movement, or am I just experiencing something else?

We did confirm last week that our little ones were moving quite a bit and had strong heart beats. They are di di twins, but I dont know if that matters. And this is my first pregnancy, but I tend to have a pretty sensitive pelvis (PCOS and inflammation).
