Is anyone getting/have a humidifier?

I’m about done getting baby whatever else she needs but not sure if I should get a humidifier. What do humidifiers do ?
Which brand humidifier are you getting?

Yes, but I live in Phoenix. Outside of the two inches of rain we've gotten in the last two days, it is normally very dry. A humidifier helps me to not wake up with bloody noses and all cruddy feeling so I'm guessing it will be helpful for the baby. Might depend on your climate though.

Okay, can anyone tell me why it's necessary? I mean.. It has to be pretty crazy dry inside for it to be relevant, doesn't it?

I use a humidifier actually. I love it
Cool mist is recommended for babies. I'm not sure what it does for them but it helps me breathe better and I like the sound of it going. Safety 1st has a brand for babies. I use one I got off amazon that is actually a diffuser.. I just don't use essential oils lol
