Hi all, my period was due on 2/18 and I had brown spotting, but no red blood. I had brown spotting for 3 days (2/18, 2/19, 2/20) after my expected period, but now it’s stopped. I took an HPT yesterday (2/21) and it was negative. Why am I having brown spotting instead of a period? I always get a real period with red bleeding for 2-4 days, but not this time. What’s wrong with me? I have a fertility appointment scheduled next month because we’ve been ttc with no luck, but I’d just like to prepare myself for the worst if anyone has had something similar. Is this endometriosis or PCOS or something else?
