Fell down the stairs!
I'm approx 6w6d and fell down my freaking porch stairs 😭 I tried so hard to catch myself and not to land so hard but I still managed to hit my back. Not really cramping, no bleeding, ect. Just a back ache. I'm taking it easy for the moment, I messaged my doctor but no reply. Should I go to the er? I'm freaking out.
