idk what im doing wrong

to be honest...im completely over it. im 22 years old and weigh about 160. I lost 34 pounds last year just from simply changing my entire diet...no exercise at all..just changing my diet and eating no fast food or fried foods or sugary foods at all..I decided a little over a month ago that I wanted to get back in the gym and I’ve been going 5 days a week and have not lost not 1 pound. I thought I was seeing a difference but the scale told me my workouts were basically a waste...idk whats wrong with me
