Missing my period but not prego?!

I have missed my period for two months and for like 7th time i took a test and it showed up negative.. im on vyvance and birth control vut i looked it up and vyvance shouldnt mess w your period and while I know BC does I just dont know i eat well and i dont work out and im not stressed out .. idk but I am concerned .. thoughts on what’s going on?
